I spent the first part of my career helping agencies create and launch brands. Then I crossed the fence and became responsible for making them work from the inside.

That experience changed my perspective. I saw first-hand that launching a brand is one thing. Getting an entire organisation behind it is another.

For a brand to really work, people across the business need to get it, believe in it and understand the part they play in its success.
